Youth4Peace

During the workshop we not only explored classic ways of youth participation, but also got to know new and non-conventional (digital) ways to give our voice and engagement a platform. There were moments to reflect on the level of participation within our own organisations and communities; to share examples, tools and good practices; and to plan how to increase and diversify the engagement of young people, especially those that are usually not involved. We addressed the importance of information and media and the implications of Artificial Intelligence and other recent developments for fostering and hindering participation. At the end, we were able to propose useful tools and approaches to other young people – summed up in a toolkit for young people and youth organisations in their local communities.
